What motivates you?

I am motivated and driven by the desire to build productive people and engineer resourceful corporate institutions that contribute to industry disruption and national and continental economy.

• Kill distractions
• Set core daily, weekly and monthly priorities

How do you push through your worst times?

• I accept the worst times
• I look at the lessons
• I look at the opportunities I can build from the difficult times
• I ask for guidance from my pastor and mentor
• I pray and praise God

Can you describe a time when you thought you hit rock bottom?

In 2015 nothing was going for me as entrepreneur, I was stranded financially and could barely take care of my bills. I updated my CV three times and almost went back to get a job. But I did not, I stayed true to what I wanted to build and eventually God came through for me.

Has there been any failures that made your life better?

Yes, I have failed in 3 businesses that made me lose hundreds of thousands and it is from these failures that I built a better functioning business (COSDEF Group LTD).

You have any steps or events that transformed your life?

I cannot specifically say. My life is all about small wins that lead to more small wins that brought me to where I am. I value small wins, I celebrate them and I go back to work.

Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming successful?

Well there is no particular pattern but there is a pattern for failure. We all have different paths to greatness. But these paths do not include

• Being lazy and not taking action
• Not taking risk and being afraid
• Being a people pleaser
• Not reading and acquiring new knowledge
• Not connecting with amazing people who can inspire you
• Abusing, blaming and complaining
• Being less skillful and less confident
• Etc.
